1. Agreement to Terms

Welcome to My Church System church management software. By accessing or using our church management platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you must not use our church management service.

2. Church User Accounts

When creating a church account with My Church System, you agree to provide accurate and complete church information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your church account credentials and all activities that occur under your church management account.

• You must be legally capable of entering into binding contracts
• You must keep your account credentials secure

3. Acceptable Use of Church Management Software

Our church management software is designed to support church administration and operations. By using our church management service, you agree to adhere to acceptable use policies that protect our church community and service integrity.

• Do not use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access
• Do not interfere with or disrupt the service
• Do not share inappropriate or offensive content
• Do not impersonate any person or entity

4. Church Management Software Intellectual Property

The church management software and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by My Church System and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

5. Church Account Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your church account and access to the church management software immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall My Church System, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ghana, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
